I must say I am very impressed by the participation in Curry Club this month, a massive well done to all involved, thank you all for the effort, I hope the Curry Club will continue to produce similar results in the coming months! It is definitely a source of inspiration.

As mentioned,I intended to give this a try. So it was our dinner tonight.
Out if base, so decided to try ca's simple base.
Had no tamarind, or mango chutney, so tweaked other sweet and sours.
made a double portion of the sauce. like it thick so added enough gravy to get it to our liking.
Good recipe best curry we have had in ages.

Nice one Charlie, definitely looks a drier curry than most but looks tasty too.
