Re: A
I was really impressed with how good this tasted. Definintely better than most BIR restaurant's Alloo Chaat dishes. Lots of flavour and I've included a decent ammount of heat without being too much.

Thanks Charlie. This was the first curry dish I REALLY got into back when I was 17. Its still such a gret, unique dish. Ususally served as a strarter and quite common in most BIR restaurants

That looks really good. I like the idea of putting in lime juice - I'll try that.

Hi Cory,
If you can set up a recipe index for me that would be great. I've got some really good recipes I need to add soon also....my garlic special dish is my favourite at the moment so I will look to add that soon!

Hey Westy,
I've just typed up my garlic special in MS Word. It's based on my various notes, original recipe and slight amendments so I will try the dish out this weekend again before posting a final version (and also grab some photos). Its such a deep flavoursome dish and probably my favourite along with my korai recipe that I have already posted. I'll let you know once I've uploaded it

Here is tonight's Aloo Chat. I added less coriander garnish when serving this time (but the same added to the dish as described).
