Chicken Achari
Made Chicken Achari tonight, was absolutely delicious but as it was my own recipe it took a couple of trial runs to get it right, made with Aubergine pickle

Cooked this again and as I was cooking for more than just myself this time I did not get to take any pics once the meal was cooked (achari is never the best looking curry anyway) but I couldn't help myself whilst I was cooking the sauce, I saw a nice bit of oil separation and had to take a pic or two, please excuse the messy kitchen
