Feel free to reduce the chillies/chilli powder/chilli paste to your own desire.

My try at Andrw's Vindaloo, used CAs Spice Mix and added 1/8 tsp fenugreek powder, 50/50 veg oil / spice infused oil and cider vinegar. A bl**dy lovely from the wife!

Great work Andrw. I'm normally a madras or a bhuna man but this looks and sounds amazing.

Had this vindaloo for breakfast this morning. Only change was I used 2 scotch bonnet chillies instead of the birds eye chillies.

Hi Andrw
Vindaloo for breakfast that’s hardcore mate, don’t mind leftovers but that’s a bit much for me when meeting clients lol
Hope you enjoyed it

Coming soon - cook off and review ...
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
Re: September 2018 - Andrw's Chicken Vindaloo
I made a reduced spice version of this tonight because I know I could not handle the heat! So I halved the amount of chillis and left out the chilli paste. Was a very flavourful dish, one I will definitely make again, perhaps upping the heat levels gradually. Thanks Andrw for the recipe.

Re: September 2018 - Andrw's Chicken Vindaloo
Made this last weekend to spec but with 2 bullet chilis and my homemade habanero sauce in place of CA's. Very hot but very nice, the sugar made it for me, balanced everything out nice.
My servings are always messy.....I dish out the rice with the same spoon i cook with to save washing My camera never gets the colour right.
