If you are really keen I’ll find out exactly how Raj makes the yellow gravy next time I see him, but as he says, it’s hardly worth making for domestic use as it doesn’t keep too well.

The oil level is just tantalising, and works well on the camera. I take it you avoid tomato in your base etc? My photos end up much more red on forum photos than they actually are in reality. I assume you have lots of natural daylight, something we don't have have often.
As JT says, these curries wouldn't last long.

GB, the wife put down the newspaper. I wasn’t going to argue.......I’m sure you know why, being a married man and all.
The photo was actually at night. The kitchen light was on. You can see the silhouette of my sons head impatiently waiting for me to get out of the way.
The base is JB’s original base. I wanted to try a change (here we go again ) from CA’s original that I have been making for a while now.
