Re: Chicken Bhuna Madras
Hi UF,
Looking good and very appetizing, is this a Chicken Bhuna with a Madras level of heat, if so did you use fresh chillies or chilli powder to increase the heat level?

Which recipe are you using, please, UF? If your own, please would you post it in the relevant recipe section of the forum so that other members can try it?....

Re: Chicken Bhuna Madras
I just used a Madras recipe then added the red, green peppers, onions and tomatoes, i treated this like a bhuna, your favourite Madras recipe will do really.

Thanks UF
Sounds like a good one to try this weekend as I am trying to improve my Chicken Madras recipe so might do one of each

You can finely chop the peppers, onions and tomato for another version also, the texture will be slightly different but taste will be the same, plus you can call it a different name but still use the same ingredients, for instance Madras Subzi.
Re: Chicken Bhuna Madras
I quite like upping the heat in my bhuna with some fresh chillies to give it some kick. I may try mixing a madras and bhuna recipe to see how that works out.
What I've yet to really do, is master a good garlic chilli chicken.
