Mutton Rogan Josh Here Chicken Tikka Masala Here and Simple Pilau Rice Here
Thoroughly enjoyed

Hi GB,
It's a throw back to when I first started eating in BIR Restaurants it was always served a good deep red color so I have stuck with that, nothing to do with the taste just a personal preference.

Definitely looks the part and im sure it tastes as good as it looks. Your rice looks great and the description of simple intrigues me as a bir noob so when i'm a qualified member of the forum i might just try that as the first rice recipe i try.
