  • Poppadoms (with onion salad, mint raitha, cucumber raitha and a selection of chutneys and pickles)
  • Onion bahjis (with salad and tandoori raitha)
Mains:
  • Lamb Rogan Josh
  • Beef Madras (Aussie style with fresh curry leaves and coconut)
  • Chicken Tikka Masala

Side Dishes:
  • Saag Aloo

Accompaniments:
  • Plain Basmati rice
  • Special Fried (Pilau) Rice
  • Fresh chillies and chilli paste (for the men amongst us)
  • Copious amounts of beer and wine
Desserts:

Sheesh, I've been cooking all day and I'm only half way done!

Cor! sounds mouth watering.

Any chance of posting a portion to Thailand?

Would be lovely to eat a decent curry I didn't have to cook myself. :eatdrink:

Nice! Which recipe did you use? Looks like you've used toor dal there? I tend to use masoor dahl simply cos they cook more quickly, but IMO the flavour of toor dahl is better if you can wait, or have a pressure cooker...
