Starters:

- Poppadoms (with onion salad, mint raitha, cucumber raitha and a selection of chutneys and pickles)
- Onion bahjis (with salad and tandoori raitha)
- Lamb Rogan Josh
- Beef Madras (Aussie style with fresh curry leaves and coconut)
- Chicken Tikka Masala
- Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi
- Garlic Chilli Chicken
- Saag Aloo
- Tarka Dhal
- Plain Basmati rice
- Special Fried (Pilau) Rice
- Fresh chillies and chilli paste (for the men amongst us)
- Copious amounts of beer and wine
- None - 'cos I think we'll be too stuffed!
- OK, more beer and wine!

Any chance of posting a portion to Thailand?
Would be lovely to eat a decent curry I didn't have to cook myself.

Nice! Which recipe did you use? Looks like you've used toor dal there? I tend to use masoor dahl simply cos they cook more quickly, but IMO the flavour of toor dahl is better if you can wait, or have a pressure cooker...
