Balti Chicken Tikka Masala

Post by unclefrank »

This was more of an experiment to see how the Special red Sauce coped with being frozen. Just lost a little of the redness but taste wise still there.

I'm intrigued by this dish: which recipe did you use?

What's the difference between an ordinary CTM and a Balti CTM?

I will post a recipe soon.

This dish is quite spicy compared to a normal CTM, it uses mustard in the special red sauce and in the dish itself. It gives you a very warm feeling when eating it.
