Chicken Karahi

Post by shoulderpet »

I was having some issues with the flavour of my curries recently, this lunchtime determined to overcome the issues I was having I spent my lunchbreak preparing curry sauces in a bid to hit upon what I was doing wrong, long story short I managed to get to the root of my issues and cook up a really good sauce.

After work I decided to test whether I had resolved the issues or whether it was just fluke and cooked up this Chicken Karahi, I have to say I am usually a modest person and not one to self congratulate but this was absolutely delicious, really, really pleased with this one

Well done SP, that really does look the part, nice texture to the sauce, good oil separation, always the sign of a well cooked curry.

Would you post your recipe for us please ?
