Lamb Naga jaipuri
Lamb naga jaipuri.
Not many recipes around for this one..
Traditional uses cream/yogurt.
Personally I dislike creamy curries. I came across this dish and decided to interpret it my way..
Pre-cooked peppers/onions/mushrooms

Hm 'looks interesting' isn't quite the response i was after
yes it is a very nice hot dish...the original is mild...i don't do mild..
I came across this recipe on the internet and exploited it with Naga...
It is a hot vindaloo/jalfrezi with mushrooms....best way to describe it?

Ooohh I love a good Jaipuri, only had the mild version though!
Your's looks pretty tasty.
Any chance you could link to the recipe?
Also, what kind of base did you use?

Re: Lamb Naga jaipuri
I say interesting because it looks different to a typical curry and looks like something I would be interested in trying (if the recipe becomes availiable).
Looks very tasty too

Looks good, cartz. Why not re-write the recipe, in your own words, and post it in the appropriate section of the forum? I'm sure other members would love to try it....
