That's amazing, cartz, less than 11 months, making your own BIR-style curries, and you're turning these out, at the drop of a hat. It looks very nice...I look forward to seeing you post your recipes for this (and your previous) curry photo.....

Thanks mark to be honest It's mine.
After cooking for little while you get to remember what 'normally' goes in each different dish.
So you change somethings. add others, experiment with powders/base etc

Ditto, definitely a good looking dish, just depends on the heat level and as mentioned will there be a recipe posted
