Alexwilkie chilli pakora after 1st fry. Second fry next day gives darker colour and enhanced flavour.

Do you eat those with a dip or ??
A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....

Yes...


good squeeze tomato sauce
splash water
splash lemon juice
salt
chill powder to taste
pinch ground mint.

Lovely jubbly.
