Chicken Balti Sagwalla

Made this yesterday using a new base, spice mix and recipes. It's a combination of a few restaurants close to me and from another site.
Will post the base, spice mix, recipes soon once i get a few more from the Chef/Chefs.
For me anyway this is very, very close to a Balti in my region, just needs a little tweaking here and there, hopefully :thumbup:

Looking good UF, Balti is one I really haven't tried to replicate yet.
