Saturday night's Curries
I tried CA's King prawn Bhuna puri recipe for a starter last night but used normal prawns. Absolutely fantastic dish and the puri's themselves turned out superb. I've tried freezing the few left overs after the kids had them with their curries (chicken korma, chicken passanda & chicken chasni) so will see if they freeze adequately.
Main course for both myself and the wife were chicken chilli masalla - the wife tried Mick Crawfords from his 2nd e-book and I tried Julian Voigt's from his original e-book. Both very nice curries and some differences in the recipes but the favourite was definitely the Mick Crawford recipe.-
