Just as good as cooking conventionally only faster.
One tip I picked up is to put a smoking coal in a dish and stand it in the center at the end of cooking for a while.

Made this tonight, it was interesting to use the Basar mix. I think it gave it a very unique flavour that you could taste in the aroma while cooking. I used precooked chicken. I love tinned tomatoes.
