Tonight's bhuna was unbelievably superb. rsz_1rsz_hdr_00030_1_converted.jpg I tried a new technique whereby I added, at the base gravy stage, 2 tsp of oil that I've been skimming off the last 5 curries I have made. I got my copy this morning so I went out to buy what I was short of for the base gravy. Put all the veg in and then put tbsp instead of tsp for the cumin and coriander seeds. Managed to fish out 1 tbsp so it's still well over. I'm hoping for the best. What a plonker!!
