Re: Issue 2 - December 2016
Good job.
Apart from a few spelling mistakes, a great effort. Nice puzzle and good photos (Greybeards baby phal notwithstanding).
Thanks for putting in the time to make this, I know I wouldn't be able to put something like this together.
A good initiative for the site.

Re: Last nights curry
I'm beginning to think it's about time someone started working on a tasternet. All these pictures, mouth salivating as they are are just not good enough. Is there some way we could make sampler packets for distribution world wide so we could all actually taste the meals prepared? In any case they lo...

Re: Saturdays Dinner
Great. The Pasanda was a little 'hot' for my guests, but they enjoyed the rest.

Re: "An Introduction to BIR Curries (V1.0)" Now Released!
In the recipe for Pilau Rice, "Colourful, long-grained Basmati rice with a tarka of fried aromatic spices", what exactly is a Tarka?
The term is only present on this page, and I assume that this is the result of frying the spices, but it would have been nice if this was explained somewhere.

Yes, but as I said before the table of contents is displayed I see another page, with the information described above, for about a second. Then the table of contents appears over the previous information, hiding it.

Re: "An Introduction to BIR Curries (V1.1)" Now Released!
I have received my copy of V1.1 Looks good, however I have found one initial error. I have two page 3's. When page 3 loads in my pdf viewer (Nuance PDF Reader v6.0) I initially see the title "Foreword", some text "to hopefully seeing you" and at the bottom of the page, four thumb...

Just contributed to Oxfam, awaiting the book. I wanted to donate to Save the Children but they don't accept PayPal.
