Vac pack if you can, smell is the best method to determine if its ok by rubbing some between your palms.

Wishing you all the best with your first cook, take your time and enjoy it, with the induction hob and non stick pan after you have made the curry I would remove 2-3 tbsp. and return it to the pan, high heat and let it sit and bubble away reducing, stir a little if it looks like its burning, this sh...

I used my naan recipe, cooked on a non stick tava and then hit the top with a plumbing blowtorch.

First curry I ever had, a chicken pasanda, finished with red wine, cream, 2 quarters of fresh tomato and fresh coriander, it was the dish that inspired me to learn BIR cooking,Imho the red wine and dash of cream definitely lift the dish to a new level.
