Last nights dinner - chicken pathia

Having not tried any pathia recipes before I thought I'd give it a whirl. It turned out very tasty and moreish. It's now been added to the list of SWMBO approved curries..
I would definately make it again :)

Now THAT is what I call a curry, m8!

The biz.... gonna have to try a pathia next I think. Loving the look of that rice too Ziggy - any recipes at all, m8?

Looks very tasty. Did you use fresh lemon juice or lemon dressing? 8-)
