Better late than never, Thursday was a no go so today my replice is on the go with a slight twist,, More pics later.
Here you will see the onions and replica secret spice mix cooking.

Obviously, as a curryphile I am intrigued as to whats the 'secret', but I do like that colour too - very nice m8!

Late reply pete,Sorry m8, Post ive just spotted unread, Thanks for the comments, I have posted the recipe already but i now puree two medium onions and caramelise the mixture and add the spices and puree'd tomatos that i then add to the boiled onion mixture, If you need more detail let me know :yes:
