Palak Gosht

Post by Alchemist »

Had a go at Sam's new recipe from H4ppy Chris, as I had run out of base gravy and this just uses water (so is it BIR!?). Only slight change I made was to add a little sugar to give a better balance cause I like a bit of sweet (obviously Chris is sweet enough) and used chicken instead of lamb. Takes a bit of cooking, but lots of flavour in the final result.

Looking good, eventhough I'm not a fan of Lamb or spinach.

I chuckled at:
"obviously Chris is sweet enough"
