I decided to try Dipuraja's bombay aloo

Is that in the recipe section? Can't seem to find it. I bought a bag of little potatoes "chats" from a veg barn and looking for something to use them in, instead of Aloo Ghobi.

If you notice also he takes is base gravy from a plastic tub - not hot boiling away!
