A curry can never be ‘too garlicky’ or ‘too hot’ .....

Hi matey, looks gorgeous, is it the new vindaloo recipe or orig? Do you use kasmiri chilli powder? Also what is the saag recipe? Did a staff curry the other day with bone in chicken wings and whilst not Bir it is very very tasty and a simple one pot dish eaten with fingers and chapatis.

CT's Rogan josh next me thinks

Hi Ed ,

CA's original with 1/2 and 1/2 Kashmiri and extra hot . Saag bhaji is mine (ish) in the relevant recipe section or check out my recipe list . Those currys with bones in are great ,, the bones really add flavour .. let us know how the RJ goes ;)
