Looks nice, steve. Hard to beat a good thali for variety. What are the individual dishes?

Looks great. Is it all-vegtable? (If so, when do we get to see the meat one?)

I do love a good thali, and that looks superb. The tray looks good as well!

Thanks guys. They were all vegetarian dishes. I've been really digging regional indian cuisine recently and was inspired by the latest retaurant I went to.

The dishes were:

yoghurt kadhi
vegetable sambar
Vendakkai poriyal (okra)
chloe
tarka dal
saag bahji

cheers
Steve
