Looks good did you marinade the beef as you would lamb?

Hi Delly
I use a few marinades for my curries, lately I have been used blades Tikka/Tandoori Marinade on my beef vindaloo and its great, I am sure it would work well on lamb.
I pre cook the beef or lamb unless using a slow cooker
With lamb I would buy a roast lamb and cut into large pieces then marinade for 24 hours
