Gorgeous looking Pathia there Romain - love the blackened steel pan too .... in fact I love all your pans , mine look so ordinary in comparison

Anyone heard of Dishooms in London? I haven't been but it has quite the reputation for modern BIR. Here's my take on their Gunpowder Potatoes...

Re: rsaha's curry pics
Hi Rsaha, stunning mate, is photography a hobby of yours or is it your profession, anyways your pictures put some professional cook book ones to shame, so sharp, but without looking like you have tried to hard, almost casual, which of course is probably the opposite ha ha, that's the art of it i suppose, always look forward to clicking on your photos. !!!!
Re: rsaha's curry pics
Thank you Mark. That's very kind and really appreciated. It's a hobby. One I take more seriously now that I'm working on my little blog but just a hobby.

Good on ya fella, it really is an art how you do it, to those us who seek the subtlety, contrast, colour and form in an image and just so happen to love curry it's a joy mate.

Fantastic photo as always I've been checking out your blog all very good and dandy but I was going to stir up trouble and tell you someone is using your photos until I got my old brain in gear and realised you are one and the same, keep up the good work brilliant.
Nice but dim.

Re: rsaha's curry pics
Thanks guys. Glad you like them. If I ever get to the point where I'm happy with the vindaloo I'll post the recipe. Not sure why I can't get it. Usually one or two goes and I'm at least close...

I don't think that rsaha has (yet) posted their Vindaloo recipe, buck, so you will probably have to wait until they do...
