My very first BIR curry
At last,, my very first attempt at a BIR curry.
I chose CA`s Chicken Ceylon because of ease and simplicity of ingredients and it was a great success. I struggled a little with technique to begin with, but i feel i coped better than i thought i would. The finished dish was tasty but i think i might have overdone the all purpose seasoning a little at the end,,,, having said that,, everything got eaten with no complaints,,,,, not a bad first effort me thinks..
I did take a photo which i hope will be visible underneath this post,,,, maybe,,, ish. I havnt got a clue when it comes to uploads and downloads and resizing, so if any Mods want to adjust it then feel free....

Great looking curry Ian. It is daunting but once you have all your spices it is reasonably easy to knock up a decent curry in no time. The more you make the better you get regards technique.

That looks like a fine curry indeed, Ian.
