I have your ebook and I have to say it is great :D

However I have been looking through and can't find how many people the recipes cater for(maybe I have missed it). I have friends coming around Friday for a meal and was going to make the mushroom pakora's, korma, butter chicken, madras and vindaloo. There will be 10 of us and I have no idea of the amount I need to buy/make. Can someone help?

Glad to hear you like our ebook Buttercup. Each curry recipe makes 1 large portion or 2 smaller portions, so depending on how bigger appetite your friends have you could make perhaps 7-10 curries in total. I'm not sure exactly how many the pakora recipe makes, but looking at the recipe I would say doubling this one up would be sufficient.

Always better to have a little too much food, as with the exception of rice (which can be dangerous if not cooled quickly) all food can be reheated safely if you get it piping hot (even after freezing/defrosting). Good luck and let us all know how you get on!
