Hi matey, looks gorgeous, is it the new vindaloo recipe or orig? Do you use kasmiri chilli powder? Also what is the saag recipe? Did a staff curry the other day with bone in chicken wings and whilst not Bir it is very very tasty and a simple one pot dish eaten with fingers and chapatis.

Hi Ed ,
CA's original with 1/2 and 1/2 Kashmiri and extra hot . Saag bhaji is mine (ish) in the relevant recipe section or check out my recipe list . Those currys with bones in are great ,, the bones really add flavour .. let us know how the RJ goes![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif)
