Vision:

To become the premier one-stop internet resource helping like-minded members successfully reproduce British Indian Restaurant (BIR) style curries at home.

Mission:

To assist our members replicate that distinctive "taste", "smell" and "appearance" of a decent British Indian Restaurant style curry.

Values:

We aim to provide a friendly, helpful, focused, informative, productive and positive forum (albeit with some rigorous debate along the way!) conducive to adding maximum value to our members' British Indian Restaurant style cooking experience.
