Looking very good, the consistency of the sauce looks spot on to me. Did you use a pathia sauce? if so, what recipe did you use ? :)

Hi and thanks. I used the Adey Payne recipe from his video with Julian Voigt.

No separate Pathia sauce. Achieves the sweet/sour flavour by using fresh lemon juice and jaggery.
