Lamb Saag

Post by pn123 »

So..... long time lurker, first time poster! I've done a lot of BIR cooking but never a Saag meat main before. Quite a bit of work on a Tuesday night after work doing lamb although thankfully I had a CA base gravy in the freezer. Bit of a mish/mash of different recipes but did most like one from The Curry Guy book as that seemed closest to my local TA in terms of look.

The result:

Thanks for posting your results pn123.

Perhaps you would post what you did in the relevant recipe section for our members to see. Spices, quantities etc.

Did you make one large pot of it ?
