Bhuna madras and the gubbins

Last nights menu plus a beer! I was amazed with the taste of the bhuna as ide slightley changed the secret replica mixture.
Will post and explain later.

Photo of delicious food. Bhuna looks a little wet though... I also would like the recipe.

That recipe is for a base gravy! What additional ingredients did you add to make it a 'bhuna madras?
