Looks very tasty. You coriander leaves look quite big. Is it just the scale of the picture, or do you use a special variety?
They've been cooking on Blue Peter, now they're sampling the dishes,
I don't normally like tomatoes John but this is delicious.

Yes, JT, its the scale of things.

Its quite a small portion.

The corriander was standard co-op.

Looks interesting, charlie

The usual questions:

a) which recipe did you use, please?

b) if yours, please would you be kind enough to post your recipe in the relevant recipe section of the forum? I'm sure that other members would love to try it.... :cool2:

Good morning,CA.

We seem to be on a pathia "roll"just now. We both love the hot sweet and sour.

Part of the credit is due to steve paradox and his recent curry of the month recipe.

I will post my version which includes the tweaks already discussed.

There are photos of some of the initial stages, as well as the finished one already posted.

You are spot on it is Aberdeen Angus mince.

Got it from Costco (Westhill) at a good price.

Portioned it and froze.
