Madras

Post by andrw »

This is the latest madras that I have made. I have been toying with my madras recipe for a while, making small changes here and there. Trying to keep the recipe simple yet tasty. I will make this a couple more times before posting my recipe but so far I am very happy with it.

Can't imagine a better looking Madras. And can't wait to try the recipe!
They've been cooking on Blue Peter, now they're sampling the dishes,
I don't normally like tomatoes John but this is delicious.

Another one made and it has turned out exactly as before. I'm very pleased with the results, exactly how I like a madras from a BIR. I will post this recipe very shortly.

I assure you there is chicken in there somewhere, seems to have sunk to the bottom.

I'm pretty sure that was chicken Charlie (tasted good either way  )

My final chicken madras recipe has been posted here. Nothing revolutionary but really works for me and turns out delicious when paired with my mix powder and base gravy. Really pleased with this one.
