Tonight's Dinner - Chicken Madras Pardesi

Post by DamienD »

Combining a madras with spinach yielded the following result. Spinach is a much loved green in our house so incorporating it into dinner is always welcome.

Cheers Andrw, I blended the spinach in some base gravy which gave the resulting sauce a smoother texture that if I had used chopped spinach.

Looks good, Damien, and nicely presented. Are you sufficiently happy with it, now, to post your recipe with us, please?
