Garlic Chicken Naga Vindaloo !

I used Chukits vindaloo recipe as a base, supplemented with 4 sliced cloves of lightly fried garlic and whole dried kashmiri chillies, a little homemade chicken stock, methi, diluted tomato purée and Naga paste. The chicken was just juicy leftover roasted chicken breast.
Was a nice rich edition, fully flavoured without blowing your head off !
