Sundays curries

Post by British Indian » Sun Aug 05, 2018 10:01 am

We recently moved house and things have been a bit hectic for a few weeks. I was definitely suffering withdrawal symptoms having not cooked a proper curry for a few weeks, so I made time today to fix that problem.

Steve Paradox Pathia on the left and my Jhalfrezi on the right cooking away ( apologies for the state of the cooker........ no time for cleaning today

Finished results from left Pathia, Jhalfrezi, Garlic Chilli Chicken and a (tamed down) Vindaloo. Curry heaven. No time to make naans, but these shop bought Iranian breads are a great substitute. I just pimp them up with some garlic butter.

Looking good, BI 8-)

Presumably, the Jalfrezi was this one? Which recipes did you use for the Garlic Chilli Chicken and (tamed down) Vindaloo, please?
Please make an effort to make at least 1 meaningful post each time you visit the forum

Yes CA, that Jhalfrezi is correct. The Vindaloo was mine with a big heaped teaspoon of Kashmiri powder rather than the hot chilli powder, also with no Kashmiri chillies.

GCC was my creation too. I’ll pretty sure I posted it on here, but I’ll check.
