Chicken Garlic Naga (CBM vol.2)
Made this last night.. from cbm's second book...
a modified version of CT's PC base with mick's spice mix v2, and my own pre cooked chicken (30 mins on low heat in spiced oil, base sauce, water)
Made to spec with the exception of a couple of teaspoons of sugar, teaspoon of lemon juice and a small pich of red food colour.
I'd not used "mr naga" before but it really worked well in this dish and was delicious.

Re: Chicken Garlic Naga (CBM vol.2)
yeh looks good but aren't you supposed to chop the coriander and 'sprinkle' over rather than simply throw the whole plant on

Lovely looking curry. Must try it. I haven't used enough of the CBM2 recipes yet.

Can't deny it, the colors on that one really sell the dish on its own!

I had chicken naga at one of my locals last night,
According to the menu they use fresh Naga's yikes it was hot, when my Naga's hatch they will be used with respect.
