Not a lot left for lunch tomorrow but seeing that its supposed to be a scorcher and the BBQ will be on I will see what BIR will be on there to stock up the freezer.

I will post the recipes for the above as soon as I can if anyone is interested.

Cheers to all that enjoy a good ruby on a Saturday

Cheers Rusty,

I can confirm it certainly was nice and the other half thoroughly enjoyed it unfortunately not much left for tomorrow, cooking curries on a Saturday night helps me relax, that's my excuse anyway :

Great looking spread, Bandit, very nice, well done

Presumably the recipes are those which you have recently posted on the forum? If so, could you please provide links to them?

Looks superb, Bandit. Never considered serving an Indian salad and dip with a run of the mill "weekend" curry, (though I do with larger cook offs with poppadoms etc.). That looks so appealing, I might have to start doing that.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Hi GB,

The Mrs likes to mix it all together sometimes as I can be a bit heavy handed on the heat side of things now and again as normally I don't measure it's only since I have started posting recipes that I have started to measure for reference plus there are always poppadoms kicking around but I couldn't fit them in the shot.
