Made a Garlic Chilli Keema using the long ones.
Kept them whole as I was unsure about their heat, rather than chopping and mixing them through.
Green ones were slightly stringy. Flavor was fine with a nice heat.

Pauly you are absolutely right regarding fresh chillies.
We enjoyed this so much we decided to do it again using the Aldi packet of shorter chillies.
The keema was precooked to rshome123 recipe last week. Precooking was not really necessary in this case but we enjoyed the taste so we used the same spices again.
