Chicken tikka masala. Cooked this twice and combined so enough for four. CA's tikka marinade. CTM recipe from e-book.

AngloIndianCoconut rice

AngloIndian onion bhajis

Saag paneer. Made up recipe.

All went down very well.

That rice looks good, and I love the idea of cooking the rice with coconut milk . I'll need to get some sort of spice holder though, not sure my tea-strainer is up to the job though :blush:
