Wow, that looks fantastic, I was supposed to be prepping and cooking today but then I remembered what weekend it was so plans suspended for now, hope you enjoyed the Bhuna, so jealous looking at those pictures, I had veggie pickings tonight no comparison

Thanks folks, there was just enough left over from last night for a small portion so I will be double dipping tonight. Which is just as well as I'm now out of base.
