Hi Rusty

Not a massive fan of vindaloo, I do like one every now and again with contrasting curries, I might have to dig my old recipe out and revisit as my taste buds have changed as age creeps up on me.

I must say they both look delicious, getting a hankering for lamb vindaloo now.
