Just bags of spices put together so my daughters class can make my butter chicken with no Base Gravy Seafret.
I don’t usually add potatoes to my Vindaloo but tried pre cooked Bengali crunchy potatoes
Inspired by steveparadox made some Tikka Paneer but sadly never made it to the curry as my daughters ate the lot
My beef Vindaloo with the crunchy potatoes and used the gravy from slow cooking the beef.
