Butter Chicken
Been experimenting with this dish for a while now. I really enjoyed this with a deep warm heat and a nice kick of heat at the back of the throat, lovely.

Re: Butter Chicken
Hi UF,
It's looking good, never done a Butter Chicken dish before, might have to look into this one as I normally do a spicy and a mild dish but bored with CTM and not keen on a Korma, this could be an alternative.

Re: Butter Chicken
Don't know what recipe UF was using, but here are a few recipes:

My version it not spicy, much more like a Korma. If you like more heat, boot up the chilli and ginger quantity.
(Not sure why I posted my one in the Non-BIR section, I was new to the forum then. Well, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it )

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
