That's amazing, cartz, less than 11 months, making your own BIR-style curries, and you're turning these out, at the drop of a hat. It looks very nice...I look forward to seeing you post your recipes for this (and your previous) curry photo..... 8-)

That looks simply fantastic!
They've been cooking on Blue Peter, now they're sampling the dishes,
I don't normally like tomatoes John but this is delicious.

Thanks everyone....Ive come so far just learning things from this forum!
It's been amazing learning how TA's do it through knowledge from chefs on this forum!

Thanks mark to be honest It's mine. :):
After cooking for little while you get to remember what 'normally' goes in each different dish.

So you change somethings. add others, experiment with powders/base etc
