Tonight's Chicken Madras and Vegetable Curry.

Made with new curry base. Vegetable curry with potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, snow peas, runner beans and coconut. Chicken Madras mad with....um....chicken...

It's basically my Pressure Cooker Curry Base but with substituting some of the water with precooked vegetables and precooked chicken stock, pauly. Plus a little garlic powder, onion powder and fenugreek.
